I’m Kate Ghazi – passionate about property and quietly obsessive about detail. If we haven’t met before, you should know that I believe intelligent and considered refinement over time will produce exceptional results.
After heading back into property five years ago, I have founded Atelier Property to offer a highly personalised approach, built on trust, intuition and concierge-level care. For those seeking a more agile, intuitive form of property representation.
Free from the constraints of any historic UK-based institutions, Atelier is an independent agency serving HNWIs, UHNW families and local clients. Each instruction is handled with consideration, commercial fluency and a warm resolve which underpins everything I do. Property, for me, is always people first – relationships before bricks and mortar.
Atelier exists because many clients have become tired and dissatisfied of how typical estate agency is done. With Atelier, viewings are unhurried, communication is clear, and availability is expected. Accuracy, responsiveness and courtesy aren’t optional. Urgency matters – but never at the expense of care. Really, Atelier formalises what I have long practised; simply a higher standard of service.
Homes deserve more than being just uploaded and hoped for; reliance on that method is where good agency simply flatlines. Our beautiful Jersey properties deserve to be positioned, so I present – in person and on camera – and work discreetly through a trusted network to match buyers with opportunities. I also source homes, quietly propel off-market listings, and draw upon a trusted network of clients, developers, and financiers to deliver a more encompassing experience. Everything is tailored and client-led.
